SwiftSupps
A premium local supplements brand built for the Isle of Man. Brand, Shopify storefront, and native iOS app shipped together — designed to win on the one thing the big UK chains can't copy: same-day local delivery and a real high-street relationship.
The starting point
The Isle of Man fitness community had two options. Order supplements from a UK store and wait three days. Or settle for whatever the local high-street happened to stock — usually a limited range from one or two brands. Neither option respected the customer.
SwiftSupps came to us with a clear ambition: build a serious local supplements brand that beats the big UK chains on the one thing they structurally can't fake — same-day local delivery, real people behind the counter, and a curated range chosen for the actual community using it.
“You can't outspend Amazon. You can outserve them — but only in markets they don't care about. That's the entire opening.”
What we built
- Brand identity: a wordmark and system designed to read as premium and local, not generic supplement-store.
- Shopify storefront: a fully custom-styled Shopify build, optimised for fast catalog browsing on phones (where 80% of orders happen).
- Native iOS app: the same brand discipline, built for the regulars who order weekly and don't want to re-enter their card details every time.
- App Store presence: screenshots and copy that position SwiftSupps as a local commerce brand, not just another supplement reseller.
- Product imagery system: every brand collection follows the same composition rules so the storefront reads as one shop, not eleven competing ones.
- Named bundle products (Matt's, Kirstie's, Kyle's, Aaron's, Jack's) — built into the storefront as a deliberate signal of the local relationships behind the brand.
The decisions that mattered
We made three calls that shaped the commercial direction. First, we picked Shopify, not a custom storefront. SwiftSupps needed to manage hundreds of SKUs and price changes without paying for engineering hours every week. Custom would have looked sharper at launch and broken the business at scale.
Second, we built the iOS app on the same brand foundations as the web. Most local retailers either skip the app (and lose the regulars) or hand it to a contractor who builds something that looks nothing like the brand. We treated the app as a second storefront — same voice, same product photography, same checkout discipline.
Third, we made the named bundles a marketing tool, not just SKUs. Each "Matt's Bundle" or "Kirstie's Bundle" carries the name of a real local athlete or trainer. It's social proof embedded in the product page — and a structural reason for those names to share the link.
Outcomes
SwiftSupps now runs as a live web + iOS commerce stack with a growing catalogue across 11+ premium supplement brands. Customer testimonials cite next-day delivery as the single biggest reason to order locally instead of from a UK chain — exactly the positioning we built around.
For Nebula, SwiftSupps is the proof that the same studio that ships a SaaS product (Finalizo) and a native trading app (Midas Journal) can also ship a regional commerce business — brand, store, and app — as one connected system.
“Absolutely the best place to buy gym essentials. Ordered at 9.30pm last night, delivered the following morning at 5.15am. Beat that.”

All work →Finalizo
The end-of-project workflow built specifically for freelancers and small studios. Replaces a patchwork of five tools with one purpose-built closeout system — handover packs, credential vault, client sign-off, and a support boundary that holds.
Midas Journal
A native iOS trading journal built for traders who actually want to improve. Brand, marketing site, and app shipped as one product — disciplined, fast, and visually unlike anything else in the category.
